We have the depth of experience throughout the planning, design, scheduling, procurement, and final project delivery. We have experience in both Residential and Commercial Construction. The company began in 2006 under the name Constructors Division 9 Painting, Inc. However, working for Lyda which was one of the most recognized names in General Contracting in San Antonio. I gained considerable knowledge in large commercial construction. Projects that ranged in excess of $300 million. I went on to work with Swinerton Builders. Which was recognized as one of the top ten largest Builders in the United States. The education I received from both of these companies was unparalleled. This allowed me to incorporate other areas of Residential Home Improvement and Commercial Construction into the Painting Company. Now, were a full service Commercial and Residential Home Improvement Company? Our portfolio features projects from all sizes and complexities. Anywhere from a small tenant improvement renovation to a complete design build. Our residential projects range from small home improvements to renovations or custom home design build. What truly sets us apart from other contractors is our people. We self-perform much of our work. We have the right people with the right experience. We perform the highest quality of work, on schedule and within budget. We have the depth of experience throughout the design, building and operations. And it helps to have a good eye for detail. More often than not low price dictates which contractor gets the work. Although, the cheapest price isn’t always the best value. And at the owners expense the quality and service always suffers.
